Nutritional supplementation study

EcDEESHA Foundation, in collaboration with volunteers of Food & Nutrition Department, Sardar Patel University have initiated a nutritional supplementation study in a Nagarpalika school in Anand, Gujarat. Over a 100 students shall receive nutritional supplementation in the form of a protein rich bread exclusively developed by EcDEESHA for this purpose. The baseline shall include gathering anthropometric data of all the students and then following them up over a period of 3 months to gauge the effects of the supplementation on their readings.
