(Honorary) President: Dr. Nayanjeet Chaudhury is a medical doctor and a Public Health specialist with over two decades of experience in the fields of primary healthcare, research and evaluation of large scale health programs, policy reforms and organizational development in health-care services and public health education. On the side, one of his serious hobbies is to work with children of all classes in an attempt to improve each chid's inner potential as a performer in life. Secretary: Mr. Hemang Mehta, a graduate in Mechanical Engineering is a long-term entrepreneur in the field of health and fitness equipment, indoor and outdoor sports, spa facilities, swimming pools and more. Having an experience of over two decades in the concerned field, his company has established many world class fitness facilities and wellness centers. He believes in an education system that is burden free, encourages sports and aligns with the demands of modern world societies. An avid enthusiast in nature, sports and spirituality, he is in favor of health practices that are easily accessible as well as affordable to the community as a whole.


Treasurer: Mr. Alpesh Christy is a certified percussionist from Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar, Gujarat and the founder of "Taal Music" a popular musical troupe, based at Anand, but with footprints not only in India but also across the U.K., U.A.E., South and East Africa where his troupe has performed and shared Indian music since 1993. He is also a connoisseur of confectionary, with a certification in Baking Technology from Anand Agriculture University, Anand. A passionate social worker, Alpesh has been a pioneer in setting up the remedial coaching class for urban poor children of Anand on behalf of EcDEESHA Foundation.

Mr. Jagdish Patel: Mr. Patel is the Director of Peoples' Training and Research Centre (PTRC). PTRC is a registered voluntary organization working on the issue of Occupational Safety and Health. PTRC plays a major role in training shop floor workers in occupational safety & health and HIV/AIDS. Mr. Patel works with silicosis victims of agate industry in the Khambhat region. He played a pivotal role in initiating a national campaign on dust related lung diseases. In the year 2007, he received International Award of OHS Section of American Public Health Association (APHA). He is at the forefront of the struggle to ban asbestos in Asia and has helped several victims get compensation from ESIC for occupational diseases like noise induced hearing loss, occupational dermatitis, occupational asthma, chromium toxicity, silicosis and so on. He has authored several booklets on the subject and has trained several hundred workers in Occupational Safety and Health.


Mr. Romen Dutta: Mr. Dutta is the CEO of R.R. Chaussure World, a sourcing consultancy company advising several international brands for their sourcing requirements of leather products from India for international markets. A visiting faculty and a member of the Board of Faculty selection at National Institute of Fashion Technology, Mr. Dutta provides guidance to several Ph.D. students of NIFT on their projects. He is deeply associated with a few NGOs based in Delhi engaged in socio-cultural activities as well as health awareness, treatment and rehabilitation programs, especially for patients of cancer and heart diseases in resource poor settings.


Prof. Manish Singhal: Prof. Singhal (Ph.D.) is the Chairperson, Organizational Behavior, XLRI - Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur. He brings an eclectic profile with qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Finance and General Management, Organizational Behavior and Sociology, and experience in the disciplines of Anthropology, Archaeology, Journalism, and Yoga as 'Sadhana' and therapy. He acquired his Ph.D. from IIM Calcutta with a thesis on Workplace Spirituality. He has delivered several Leadership Development Programs for over fifty corporate, government and non-government organizations. His stint as a selfless missionary dedicated to 'Man-making and Nation building' at Vivekananda Kendra (H.Qr. Kanyakumari) has provided him with a breadth of experience to be able to relate to various human challenges and encourage the move towards actualizing one's potential. Dr. Bhaskar Bhattacharya: Dr. Bhattacharya is an M.B.B.S., M.D.(Biochemistry) trained from NIMHANS-Bangalore. He currently serves as a Laboratory Director and Chief Biochemist Consultant at Charnock Hospital Pvt. Ltd. (Department of Laboratory Services). He also acts as a Consultant and Advisor at Daffodil Diagnostics and Future Diagnostics in Kolkata and Alcare Diagnostics in Assam. He has been responsible for NABH and NABL accreditation of over 100+ laboratories pan India as a member of the Clinical Laboratory Audit Team in India. Dr. Bhaskar has presented 8 national and 12 international papers. He is also an active member of numerous organizations and has several awards to his name in the field of Clinical and Laboratory medicine.
