Environmental Research Consultant

Mr. Arunav Mishra, is an accomplished Environmental EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) Specialist and an expert in Waste Management Technology. He has over 30 years of experience in waste management consulting industry in Canada and India. His current focus is on catering to Advanced Aerobic System of Composting in India and he has also developed a unique composting technology with advanced aerobic system that can treat organic waste into compost and leachate (organic fertilizers).

Manager- Administration & Operations

Ms. Shailee Shah is an M.B.A from Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey, U.S.A. She has over 4 years of experience in handling human resources and administration in national as well as international corporate environments. Shailee is passionate about studying human behavior and body language in formal as well as informal environments. Apart from handling HR and administration at EcDEESHA, Shailee also serves as a consultant to Ramaiah International Centre for Public Health Innovations (RICPHI), the public health entity of Ramaiah group of institutions, Bengaluru. 

Manager- Public Health

Ms. Mridula Bhargava is a Diabetes Educator and a Nano-Technologist. She is a student of Master of Public Health at Hebrew University of Jerusalem and has received an award from the Bakken Invitation Committee of Medtronic Foundation, in recognition of her work for the welfare of patients with diabetes.


Chief Scientific Officer (Human Nutrition)

Dr. Ruchi Vaidya holds a Ph.D. in Food and Nutrition and has completed her post-doctoral fellowship from Madras Diabetes Research Foundation, Chennai. She has carried out various research activities in functional foods, pro & pre-biotics, and clinical nutrition research trials in chronic disorders such as diabetes, cardiovascular disorders and obesity. She has been awarded Young Scientist award by Nutrition Society of India for her research work in the year 2013.


Skill Enhancement Facilitators

Mr. Parth Patel has completed his B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Parul Institute of Engineering and Technology, Vadodara, Gujarat. Currently, he works as a Lecturer of Physics in a reputed school in Nadiad, Gujarat. With a passion to offer education to the less- privileged children of the society, he has joined the Foundation as a Facilitator and is actively associated with Shiksha@EcDEESHA, Jitodiya Center.

Mr. Dhruvik Pandya has completed his B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Dr. Jivraj Mehta Institute of Technology, Anand, Gujarat. At present, he works as a Lecturer of Chemistry in a school in Nadiad, Gujarat and simultaneously serves as a Facilitator at Shiksha@EcDEESHA, Jitodiya Center.

Mr. Ketan Parmar has completed his M.Sc. in Physics. His passion for teaching and being with students prompted him to open his own tuition classes where special focus is provided for students who are weak in studies. Apart from his tuition classes, Mr. Parmar has also been associated with the Salvation Army Memorial school, Anand for the past 3 years. He acts as a full time faculty here and also serves as a Facilitator with Shiksha@EcDEESHA while conducting remedial classes after school hours.
