The Assam Project

In November 2018, EcDEESHA Foundation opened a third centre in Dolonguri of Biswanath Chariali in Assam, where over 50 students from economically deprived sections who did not clear matriculation examination, started receiving supplementary education with logistical support from the foundation.

Mr. Niranjan Saikia, the principal of Dolonguri Govt. High School has opened the premises of his school for this noble cause while three local teachers have volunteered to teach these children. Based on the success of these initial pilots, the Foundation would like to expand the scope of supporting needy children not only in Assam and Gujarat but across India.
