Jitodiya Centre

Under the 'Shiksha@EcDEESHA' campaign our first center in Jitodiya, Anand took off in July, 2017. This center caters to students of urban poor neighborhood who have dropped out of their schools. The objective of this center is to bridge the gap in knowledge and understanding of core subjects among students so that they can pass their mainstream exams and compete with mainstream school students.

This center also provides students exposure in the fields of science, technology, art & craft and creative thinking via various workshops conducted by local and invited experts. The children who have enrolled in our first center are all set now to take up academic challenges. Apart from rendering help in regular course curriculum, the Foundation organizes several workshops on topics related to life skills for these students and at times even for their parents!
